1. What My Pet Groom AI is

My Pet Groom AI is a software service that analyzes photos of your dog, organizes breed and coat information, selects or recommends grooming and creative style concepts, and uses third-party artificial-intelligence systems to generate visual preview images of those concepts from your dog's photos and profile details.

2. Third-party AI providers

My Pet Groom AI relies on one or more third-party artificial-intelligence providers and generative models to perform some analysis and image-generation functions. As of this writing, that currently includes Google Gemini; the specific provider(s) may change over time.

My Pet Groom AI does not control the internal operation, training data, model behavior, availability, safety systems, or future updates of third-party AI models. Third-party model updates may change output appearance, behavior, speed, availability, or consistency without advance notice. Using a third-party AI provider does not mean that provider has assumed any contractual responsibility toward you as our customer - My Pet Groom AI remains solely responsible for the service we provide to you.

3. No guarantee of AI output

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic: the same photo and style selection can produce different results on different attempts, and outputs may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected details. My Pet Groom AI does not guarantee any specific visual result. Generated images and descriptions are previews and creative concepts, not exact promises of a final outcome.

4. Grooming disclaimer

Concepts are creative grooming style inspiration only - not veterinary advice and not professional grooming advice. We do not guarantee any specific final grooming outcome. Actual results depend on your dog's real coat length and condition, matting, skin and overall health, temperament, grooming history, professional technique, and products used. A groomer may need to adjust or decline a style for your dog's safety and comfort. You are responsible for working with a qualified, professional groomer to evaluate whether a concept is appropriate for your dog and to carry it out safely. Generated grooming images are not a substitute for an in-person assessment by a qualified professional groomer.

5. Color and creative pattern disclaimer

Creative coloring and pattern previews are visual concepts only. My Pet Groom AI does not instruct you to use unsafe dyes or chemicals. Any color or dye elements shown in a concept should only ever be applied by a professional groomer using pet-safe, groomer-grade products - never human hair dye or other products not made for use on animals. Consult a qualified groomer before attempting any color treatment on your dog.

6. Payment and accounts

Packages are one-time purchases, billed once per order. When Stripe is enabled, card payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's own terms. My Pet Groom AI does not currently require creating an account; orders are tied to the browser and device used to place them - see our Privacy Policy for how that data is stored.

7. User content and acceptable use

• You represent that you have the rights and permission necessary to upload each photo you submit, and that you own the dog shown or have the dog owner's permission.
• Don't request styles that recreate specific copyrighted characters or brands; we filter known terms but this list is not exhaustive.
• Don't use the service to harass, abuse, defraud, or upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

8. Dog photos and breed confirmation

My Pet Groom AI is designed for clear photographs of dogs. If you upload a photo of another animal, a person, an object, a drawing or illustration, a screenshot, an AI-generated or heavily altered image, or other unsupported material, the resulting output may be unpredictable. Such outputs are not considered a defect of the service.

If My Pet Groom AI cannot confidently identify your dog's breed, you may be asked to select or confirm the breed manually before continuing. If you choose to continue without selecting or confirming the correct breed, the service may use a generic, coat-based, or Mixed Breed/Unknown profile. In that situation, style recommendations may differ from breed-specific grooming styles, breed-specific cuts may not be offered, and generated images may not resemble the grooming normally associated with your dog's actual breed. This outcome is not, by itself, a defect of the service. You are responsible for reviewing any breed identified or suggested by the service and correcting it when the interface provides that option.

9. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of My Pet Groom AI. Third-party AI provider outages, rate limits, model changes, scheduled or emergency maintenance, network conditions, and other upstream failures beyond our control may temporarily affect the service's availability or performance.

10. Intellectual property

My Pet Groom AI's branding, software, source code, user interface, style catalog and its organization, proprietary text, and documentation are owned by My Pet Groom AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law, except as expressly permitted by these Terms. We do not claim ownership of the photos you upload; you retain your rights in your own photos, subject to the limited license you grant us to use them to provide the service to you.

11. Warranties

My Pet Groom AI and its AI-generated output are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that any specific grooming result will be achieved, that output will be accurate or error-free, that AI-generation services will be uninterrupted, or that any individual generated result is fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Pet Groom AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for grooming outcomes, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, or any consumer right, that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Termination and misuse

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for fraud, automated abuse, attempts to bypass usage limits, unlawful use, attacks on the service, or abusive chargeback or fraudulent-payment behavior, without limiting any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent applicable law requires a different result, including any mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence. Nothing in this section limits any statutory right you have under the law of your own jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.

15. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
