Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Dog profile: name, breed, size, coat details, and any notes you type in during the "Start" flow.
• Photos: used only to create local, in-browser previews while you're on the upload step. In this beta, photo files themselves are never uploaded to our servers - only the count of photos is saved with your order.
• Order data: your dog profile, selected styles, package, order status, and generated concepts, stored in your browser's localStorage.
• Payment data: when Stripe is enabled, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe - we never see or store your card number. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

2. Please don't upload sensitive personal information

Only upload photos and profile details about your dog. Please do not upload sensitive personal information about yourself or others (for example, ID documents, financial details, or health records) - this service is not designed to handle that kind of data.

3. Where it's stored

This beta has no user database. Orders live only in localStorage in the browser that created them - they are not synced to any account and are not accessible from a different browser or device. As we move past beta, we plan to add server-side order storage; this policy will be updated first.

4. How we use it

Your dog's photos and profile info are used to generate your grooming style concepts and, where relevant, to process payment. We do not sell your data.

5. Third parties

When Stripe checkout is enabled, payment is handled by Stripe and processed under its own privacy policy. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties.

6. Your choices

You can clear an order at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this app, which deletes everything stored locally. To request deletion of anything else we may hold, contact us below.
